Manufactured Homes

A Manufactured home is defined as a structure that has been constructed on a permanent chassis off-site and then transported to its permanent site.  It is designed to be used as a dwelling with a permanent foundation.  WLG's programs are designed for multi-sectional manufactured homes only.

To be eligible for financing, manufactured homes must be built on or after June 15, 1976 and conform to the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards.

Modular Homes

A modular home is a structure that is built in sections at a factory.  The completed sections are then transported to the home site and assembled per plans and specifications.  The completed home is comparable to single family homes.  Modular homes are built to the state building code just like single family homes.

Modular Homes are available for all finance products that we offer.
